About us
Our boutique hotel is located right in the center of the Egersheld peninsula in Vladivostok, Russia. There are five high class furnished rooms in Bering building, Twelve in Askold and three in Vrangel. Since it's opening in August 2020 we are glad to please our guests with the finest service of high quality.
In summer of 2021 new block called Askold was added. In Spring 2022 new block Vrangel will open it's doors.

The room interiors are designed with comfort in mind, there is everything for great and relaxing stay. Each room is equipped with personal bathroom: shower and bidet are included. There are working desks and low windowsills with cozy seating pillow to meditate on the wonderful sunset view. In public areas there are places to work in the hall, café and kitchenette. In the lobby there are sitting areas and 24-hour coffee maker and snackbar.

Rooms
The area of our rooms is about 20 square meters. They are fully furnished for short- or long-term dwelling. There is a special room with private kitchenette. Also, we provide options with two separate or one king-size beds.
Services
Our hotel does provide breakfast service and food service to the rooms, there is a cozy café in the hotel as well. You can book a meeting room with projector or our banquet hall for your personal activities such as birthdays or other important events. There are shops and restaurants nearby.
There is laundry room available, we have a room service on daily basis with disinfectant treatment.
We can organize transfer back and forth to the airport or the train station. On the front desk our employee will be glad to help you with taxi ordering.
For the children of all ages we have kid's playground both interior and exterior.
A small tourism agency will be glad to find the right entertainment for your company. Hotel can provide you a sea trip on our yacht from the hotel pier.
Our rooms are perfect for the business travelers as well: big tables, free internet access both wi-fi and via cable. We can also offer printing and scanning services.
There is a new gym in the building. In 15 minutes walking distance there is a indoors swimming pool.
There is a great view on the bay from the windows. The distance to the beach is mere 350 meters.

Location
The hotel is located in the middle of the Egersheld peninsula at Cape Cooper near the famous Kazan church. Right in front of the hotel there is public beach of the local university, stadium and designated sport activates areas. Here great strolling trail starts you can walk on the sea beach right to the downtown. Avramenko street is famous for it's access to the public park of local university campus. Askold biulding is located nearby at Avramenko st. 15.

It will take only five minutes' walk to the Kazan church and then another fifteen to the famous landmark of Vladivostok: Tokarevsky light house.
20 minutes
In twenty minutes you can reach the central railway station and main culture life artery of Vladivostok – Admiral Fokina street. Right by the hotel there is sport pool and gym. In the hotel there is café always working for you.
